Position Overview

Sign-on Bonus: $1,500 for Master's Level, $2,000 for Associate or Independent Licensure

We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic professional in the Maricopa County area to provide outpatient therapy services. This role involves empowering youth and families through various therapeutic modalities in home, clinic, school, and virtual settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct clinical interventions utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Facilitate Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings in alignment with the AZ Practice Model.
  • Conduct assessments, prepare reports, and manage cases as required.
  • Ensure timely completion of discharges and transfers.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Respond promptly to crises following established protocols.
  • Act as a liaison between Touchstone and partner agencies.
  • Meet productivity billing standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field; associate or independent licensure preferred.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card is necessary.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office and similar software.
