Position Overview

The Bonfire Back Server/Busperson plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment while supporting the service team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, adhering to management's standards.
  • Prepare dining spaces for guests by cleaning and setting tables, ensuring all necessary items are replenished.
  • Enhance guest experience by assisting servers with clearing tables, refilling drinks, and attending to guest needs.
  • Assist in delivering food to tables as required to ensure product quality.
  • Complete assigned side work duties efficiently.
  • Stay informed about all food and beverage offerings, including wine selections and daily menu changes.
  • Adhere to health and personal hygiene policies set by the F&B department.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Team Members may encounter secondhand tobacco smoke, particularly in casino areas. The noise level can vary, typically moderate but occasionally high.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
  • Frequent lifting, reaching, twisting, bending, and squatting is required.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds with assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Compliance with pre-employment and random alcohol and drug testing.
  • Possess a valid gaming license from the CTCLUSI Tribal Gaming Commission.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
