Key Responsibilities:- Provide superior customer service and ensure that guests have a positive experience.
- Assist guests with beverage selection and demonstrate salesmanship with complete product knowledge.
- Maintain a well-groomed, neat, and clean appearance and carry out duties with attention to sanitation and safety.
- Anticipate, identify, and provide for guest needs.
- Perform inventories and other duties as assigned.
- Familiarity with beverage and wine service.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
- Indiana ABC Permit (Liquor License) required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
