About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and site visits* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture them* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives* Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge* Contribute to the development of sales strategies and business plans* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives* Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement* Participate in performance evaluations and goal-setting activities to ensure alignment with company objectives* Adapt to changing priorities and manage competing demands to achieve business objectives* Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement* Uphold the company's values and standards in all interactions and communications* Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner* Comply with all company policies and procedures* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion* Cooperate with internal audits and investigations as needed

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field* 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities* Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation* Clean driving record and good credit history* Pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or licenses* Willingness to relocate within the region for future opportunities* Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs* Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment* Results-oriented and focused on achieving business objectives* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Effective communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously* Basic math skills and accuracy with financial data* Data entry skills and familiarity with spreadsheets* Attention to detail and organizational skills* Integrity and honesty in all business dealings and interactions
