Role Summary:

This full-time position requires a commitment of 30-40 hours per week, operating Monday through Friday during standard school hours (8 AM to 3 PM). As an Educational Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting classroom educators in the preparation of instructional materials and activities.
  • Helping to manage student behavior and fostering a positive educational atmosphere.
  • Providing individualized or small group support to students requiring additional assistance.
  • Supervising students during various activities and transitions throughout the school day.
  • Collaborating with educators to execute lesson plans and reinforce educational objectives.
