Primary Responsibilities of the Asset Recovery Coordinator:
- Gather and organize data concerning overdue, lost, or stolen U-Haul equipment.
- Monitor and relay the status of missing or impounded assets.
- Assist law enforcement with investigations and procedures necessary for asset recovery.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or collections environment.
- 1 year of office experience.
- Strong reliability and attendance record.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
