In this position, you will support our field operations by identifying the whereabouts of overdue or missing equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient recovery of U-Haul assets.

Primary Responsibilities of the Asset Recovery Coordinator:
  • Gather and organize data concerning overdue, lost, or stolen U-Haul equipment.
  • Monitor and relay the status of missing or impounded assets.
  • Assist law enforcement with investigations and procedures necessary for asset recovery.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or collections environment.
  • 1 year of office experience.
  • Strong reliability and attendance record.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Schedule: 25-30 hours per week during operational hours.
