Job Description

Terros Health is a mission-driven organization seeking a Clinical Manager to support our Recovery Centers in Phoenix and Tempe, AZ. The Clinical Manager will provide leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary teams, assisting the Senior Director of Recovery Services in the overall direction of the Recovery Centers.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Services, current licensure/registration as LMSW, LASAC, or LAC, and two years of post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling clinical services, ensuring the administrative functioning of clinical services departments.

The Clinical Manager will also provide safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care. They will continually communicate with community partners and customers to ensure continuity of care for members served.

The Clinical Manager will establish and maintain a recovery culture and philosophy within the Recovery Centers, promoting and maintaining good relationships and communication between departments. They will also aid in creating policies and procedures that address clinical quality and risk.

Responsibilities
  • Plans, organizes, directs, and controls clinical services and is responsible for administrative functioning of clinical services departments.

  • Establishes and maintains a recovery culture and philosophy within the Recovery Centers.

Requirements
  • Masters or higher degree in Social Services
  • Current licensure/registration as LMSW, LASAC, or LAC
  • Two (2) years post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting
  • One (1) year in leadership role in relevant setting (inpatient or outpatient setting, as appropriate)
  • Must have experience working with mental health and substance use with patients and their families
  • Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members
  • Strong understanding of substance use, addiction, and recovery clinical skills
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required

Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week

Location: Terros Administrative office, Phoenix, AZ

(Must be able to also work at the three Recovery Clinic locations in Phoenix and Tempe)

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (Additional Language Differential Pay Available)
