Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction
    • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Determine customer needs and preferences through effective communication.
    • Provide information on various RV models, features, and benefits.
  • Sales Process
    • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
    • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with customers.
    • Work closely with the finance department to facilitate the financing process.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay informed about the latest RV models, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
    • Continuously update product knowledge to better assist customers.
  • Customer Follow-Up
    • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Targets
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Assist in various dealership activities and tasks when the sales floor is slow.
    • Support other departments, participate in inventory management, or contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the dealership.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
  • Strong team skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of RV systems and components is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $3,000 per month guarantee for the first 6 months.
  • 20% of the gross profit on RVs.
  • 25% of the gross profit on boats.
  • $36,000 to $250,000 annually.
Schedule
  • Saturdays required.
  • Sundays off and one additional day off during the week.
