Job Summary:

The Operations Project Manager will oversee the development, approval, and execution of operational projects at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation. This role requires providing direction in cross-functional project team meetings, leading the team in projects and performance, and offering guidance for personnel development within the Operations department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project scope, success criteria, risk, and quality standards with cross-functional teams
  • Lead operational projects from inception to launch, managing project budgets, risks, and timelines
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline operational processes, working closely with the Senior Director of Restaurant Services
  • Support various departments by making recommendations on product, process, and operational needs
  • Manage and support operational systems, including maintenance, reporting, and analysis
  • Engage with stakeholders, manage projects, and collaborate with marketing for promotional activities
  • Assist in creating and updating Brand Standards and deployment training materials
  • Update status reports to aid Ops Field Leaders in monitoring restaurant performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience
  • Preferred 1+ years of experience in project management or related education
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships with customers
  • Good business acumen and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products

Compensation: $62,700 - $73,400
