While prior experience is not mandatory, we value individuals who are highly motivated and possess a strong work ethic. This role offers a competitive base salary along with a monthly commission guarantee for the initial year of employment, potentially adding up to $18K in your first year.

Position Details:

  • Annual Base Salary: $45,000 - $55,000
  • Monthly Commission Guarantee, complemented by an aggressive incentive structure
  • Company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop provided

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain partnerships with vendors, contractors, and facility managers to advocate for Interstate Bearing Systems products and services
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and the company to ensure their needs are met

  • Demonstrated success in sales
  • Clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel overnight as required

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in outside sales is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in distribution, industrial, or heavy equipment sectors is advantageous
