About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Research Engineer to join our team at Cognitive Space. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our CNTIENT-Optimize automated scheduling solution using advanced machine learning algorithms and models.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement mathematical models and algorithms to optimize business processes.
  2. Analyze and preprocess large datasets to inform model development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize activities that address key milestones and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's degree, or Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Computational Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience in software development and operations research or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
