Business Development Strategist

The Director of Business Development will drive the growth and expansion of Paradigm Oral Health by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This individual will work closely with senior management to develop and execute business development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including potential markets, trends, and customer needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Lead the business development team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies.
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships and alliances that will drive growth and enhance the company's market position.
- Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure cohesive and aligned strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
