We are currently in search of a full-time Referral Intake Coordinator to enhance our team. This position is pivotal in managing incoming referrals and facilitating seamless communication across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and maintain patient referral information
  • Organize patient consultations efficiently
  • Provide essential information to patients
  • Manage communication among involved parties
  • Support patient scheduling processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
Work Schedule:
