ROLE:

We're seeking a dynamic and organized Brand Development Manager to join our vibrant team and play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives to the next level. The Brand Studio Manager will play an integral role in building the Vimergy brand creative studio, a key function within the Brand Marketing team.

Key relationships

Internal: Brand Studio members, ecommerce team, product development team, legal and production

External: freelancers, production managers, vendors, agencies, graphic designers, copywriters, content makers

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Brand Development Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels. This role requires an upbeat and organized thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and on budget. You will be working closely with brand studio functions, as well as marketing, e-commerce, product, and sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive brand growth, increase customer engagement and enhance our market presence.

  • Project Management. Define project scope, objectives, and end-to-end deliverables in collaboration with Brand Manager and cross-functional teams. Lead creative development process and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
  • Timeline and Budget Management. Develop and manage Brand Studio project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Cross Functional Coordination. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration for brand initiatives.
  • Campaign & Process optimization. Monitor project progress and address issues to ensure timely delivery.

Vendor and resource management. Manage project resources and relationships with external partners (agencies, freelancers)

Perform other related duties as assigned.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI):

The ability to determine business needs and objectives for specific Brand campaigns

The development and launch of successful Brand deliverables as per specifications, and within budget

The application of time management skills and the proven ability to meet deadlines

The ability to create deliverables that contribute to the financial success of the business

The cultivation of Interpersonal relationships, building and maintaining strong lines of communication and teamwork across all levels of the organization

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Essential attributes:

  • Passion for branding and brand management

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • 5+ years' experience in brand or agency project management
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
  • Exceptional verbal, written and report presentation abilities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds if needed.
