Group Tour Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase group tour and travel business for Entertainment Services LLC.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including visitor bureaus, meeting planners, and student tour operators.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both inbound and outbound.
- Prepare and present proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and client files.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience in a related field.
- Excellent organizational, promotional, communication, and cooperative skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong computer skills and excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning.
- Ability to communicate with guests and deliver instructions.
