Job Overview

Kahak Health is seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. This role involves providing personalized support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, empowering them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, grooming, and mobility
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment through household chores and organization
  • Coordinating appointments and schedules to ensure seamless transitions
  • Providing transportation to appointments and community activities, promoting social engagement and connection
  • Preparing nutritious meals that cater to clients' dietary needs, fostering a sense of well-being and community
Requirements:
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • US Work Authorization
  • Clearance of Background check
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Driver's Licenses
  • Social Security Card
  • Resume

  • Medication Certificate (Optional)

  • Annual Physicals
