Career Opportunities
We are seeking a dedicated RN to join our team as a Healthcare Specialist in Community Support. This role involves providing compassionate care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments to develop effective healthcare plans for each individual
* Collaborate with physicians and external medical centers to ensure consistent medical information exchange
* Provide technical assistance, medical oversight, and training to staff members to ensure seamless service delivery
* Contribute to the development of individualized service plans that address healthcare needs
* Ensure accurate documentation and implementation of physician orders
* Travel between locations to provide support and be accessible to staff members at all times

* Competitive salary range: $60,000-$80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

Requirements
* Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
* Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
* Current CPR/First Aid certification
