Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Team Leader to oversee a team of maintenance mechanics and electricians in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directs the day-to-day activities of assigned area in conjunction with or in the absence of supervision.
  • Coordinates and prioritizes maintenance activities, ensuring that equipment downtime is minimized, and production schedules are met.
  • Conducts regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
  • Develops and implements preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns and increase overall equipment efficiency.
  • Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment malfunctions, performing repairs or coordinating with external vendors as necessary.
  • Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory.
  • Collaborates with production and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
  • Ensures compliance with safety regulations and promotes a culture of safety awareness among the maintenance team.
  • Stays updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance practices and recommends process improvements and equipment upgrades as necessary.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Must be able to provide documentation in the original form establishing both your identity and your employment eligibility in the U.S.
  • This position entails access to export-controlled items, and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
