The successful candidate will provide training and support to clients with serious emotional disturbances, facilitating their community integration and increasing their community tenure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical necessary services to clients in accordance with treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the clinical team, including psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Identify and establish relationships with community agencies and natural supports to enhance service provision
  • Document services and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three continuous years of experience in mental health rehabilitative services
  • Demonstrated competency in providing and documenting MHTCM and MH rehabilitative services
