We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Life Enhancement Services. The successful candidate will provide training and support to clients with serious emotional disturbances, facilitating their community integration and increasing their community tenure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical necessary services to clients in accordance with treatment plans
- Collaborate with the clinical team, including psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Identify and establish relationships with community agencies and natural supports to enhance service provision
- Document services and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three continuous years of experience in mental health rehabilitative services
- Demonstrated competency in providing and documenting MHTCM and MH rehabilitative services
