Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with project managers and sponsors, providing trusted advice and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement customized success plans for clients, leveraging our SAAS platform and digital transformation expertise.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance customer knowledge and adoption of our solutions.
  • Proactively monitor project progress, sharing best practices and feedback with clients to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring contract renewal and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related position, such as Customer Success, Engagement Consultant, or Account Manager.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in new technologies, SAAS, and digital transformation, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
