Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our Consumer Products Assurance team at RSM US LLP. As a Manager, you will play a key role in leading diverse client engagements and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of audit services, including coordination of financial statement audits and related disclosures.
- Assess risk and design audit procedures to engagement teams, utilizing RSM's Audit Methodology.
- Manage multiple engagement teams, preparing end-of-engagement evaluations for staff and monitoring work product.
- Supervise Audit Seniors and Supervisors, facilitating field work and monitoring productivity and adherence to work plan schedules.
- Maintain client relationships throughout the year, understanding business developments and assessing their impact on current year audit engagements.
- Develop others within the Firm through training, advising on career development, and participating in Firm initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry publications and share relevant information with clients.
- Anticipate and address client concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
- Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to Senior Managers and Partners.
- Ensure professional development through ongoing education and stay current with latest developments affecting GAAP and Firm standards.
- BS/BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent degree.
- CPA or CA Certification.
- 5+ years of current or recent experience in a public accounting environment.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring associates.
- Understanding of audit services, GAAP, GAAS, and FASB or IFRS regulations.
- A proven record of building profitable, sustainable client relationships.
- Minimum of 4 years of team lead or in-charge experience overseeing staff on multiple engagements.
- A successful record of directing and deploying staff and senior associates on multiple, simultaneous engagements.
- Fluency in French, German, Japanese, or Mandarin, including speaking, writing, and reading with a deep understanding of the culture and business practices within the country of fluency.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with large non-US companies with significant operations in North America.

At RSM US LLP, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
