Job Description

Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to lead our front-end operations and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for managing and executing our customer-centric strategies, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the customer experience team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Manage and execute front-end operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store recovery
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Manage and execute shrink and safety programs to minimize losses and ensure a safe shopping environment
  • Participate in the performance management process and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
  • Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits, as well as inventory processes, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities
  • Assist with the onboarding of new team members and provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to our customers, including planning and managing the completion of the framing workload in partnership with the Store Manager

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-centric environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and store management
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
