Job Title: Contracts/Subcontracts Manager

Agil3 Technology Solutions (A3T) is seeking a highly skilled Contracts/Subcontracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing contract strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage federal government contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR guidelines and regulations.
  • Evaluate contract and subcontract awards, identify risks, and provide recommendations for management approval.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to communicate contractual obligations and new or changed requirements.
  • Setup and maintain all contract information in company systems.
  • Advise management on changes, modifications, and regulations, and distribute contract/subcontract modifications to stakeholders.
  • Manage GSA schedule, including submitting proposal and/or modification packages, updates to schedule terms and conditions, and maintaining current approved price lists.
  • Manage and execute contract and subcontract closeouts, and support development of proposals and business development activities as needed.
  • Manage contract/subcontract deliverables and work with team members to support back-office operations and program/project management needs.
  • Review proposal documents to ensure compliance with federal regulations, directives, laws, statutes, and contracting policies.
  • Assist with preparing and submitting accurate company registrations, including small business registrations, company reps and certs, and insurance administration.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of professional experience in federal contracts/subcontract management, administration, and related tasks.
  • 5-7 years of experience working with FAR/DFAR and other applicable federal guidelines and policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent 10 years+ relevant experience.
  • Membership with professional management associations, such as the Contract Management Association (CMA), is preferred.
  • Leadership skills, including enthusiastic and energized self-starters, and ability to assist subordinate staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present a professional image at all times.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to accurately analyze terms, conditions, and increase effectiveness and efficiency.
