Job Title: Contracts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team at Strategic Alliance Business Group LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all contracts, subcontracts, and support of the full life cycle of various contract types and sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer assigned contracts, including managing modifications, funding requests, and other correspondence with our Government customers
  • Assist in source selection, including drafting and negotiating redlines/legal edits for nondisclosure and teaming agreements
  • Support the proposal development team with submission requirements
  • Draft, negotiate redlines/legal edits, and administer subcontracts
  • Monitor contract and subcontract funding and administer modifications
  • Support program kick-off and the preparation of kick-off packages with guidance from direct management and program team
  • Assist in program closeout related contractual obligations (e.g. CFE/GFE, deliverables, open commitments), by completing program assigned actions
  • Document contract and subcontract files in compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and company policies and procedures
  • Perform risk analyses, identify risks and opportunities, potential impacts, and mitigation plans
  • Assist Contracts Director on issues and developments related to assigned contracts and quality management compliance
  • Support the development of price proposals including creation of price models, price analysis/documentation, and supporting narratives/justification in response to U.S Government solicitations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years of experience working with Federal Government Contracts environment
  • Experience in US Government IDIQ type subcontracts and task orders
  • Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS/GSA laws, rules, and regulations
  • Experience drafting, negotiating redlines/legal edits, and managing non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontracts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pricing/budget management for proposals, contracts and subcontracts
  • Experience supporting ISO, CMMI, CMMC, and other audit/assessment types
  • Understanding of compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
