Role Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Loan Titan Inc., you will oversee the entire recruitment process to attract, select, and retain exceptional talent. Collaborating closely with the executive team and department heads, you will identify hiring needs and devise effective recruitment strategies tailored for our organization.

Your primary objective will be to recruit Mortgage Loan Originators who possess the necessary licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the organization.
  2. Develop and manage job advertisements across multiple job boards and social media platforms.
  3. Establish and nurture a network of potential candidates through proactive market analysis and ongoing relationship management.
  4. Evaluate resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and perform comprehensive interviews to gauge candidate suitability.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend job specifications and create customized recruitment plans.
  6. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  7. Prepare and present job offers, and facilitate negotiations.
  8. Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
  9. Enhance Loan Titan Inc.'s reputation as an employer of choice through various branding efforts.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards throughout the recruitment process.
  11. Maintain precise records and generate regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the mortgage industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to devise and propose innovative recruitment strategies to attract suitable Mortgage Loan Originators.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in recruiting and hiring Mortgage Loan Originators for mortgage firms.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
