Job Summary:
As a key member of the Kaiser Permanente team, this Physician Talent Acquisition Consultant II plays a vital role in sourcing and selecting top talent for open positions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify top candidates for open positions, utilizing a range of sources including community services, colleges, employment agencies, and online platforms.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of Kaiser Permanente, including sourcing plans and action plans to ensure compliance with EEO goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process, providing guidance on best practices and supporting the maintenance and reporting of recruiting and hiring information.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring that candidates are well-informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the recruitment process and ensure the highest quality candidates are selected for open positions.
