Job Title: Loan Origination Specialist

At TEKsystems, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Origination Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Mortgage Fulfillment Division, you will play a critical role in supporting Consumer Direct Lending operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of up to 75 loans, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current customers, responding to mortgage loan inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to expedite processing and resolve issues.
  • Conduct preliminary research to accurately resolve and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Meet outlined production and quality standards, adhering to established Policy and Procedures.
Requirements:
  • Mortgage and/or financial services call center experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with a 5% increase in pay for those who speak Spanish.
  • General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local mortgage regulations is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Effective time management, negotiation, and communication skills are required.
