Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the PR team to create and execute strategic, breakout PR campaigns that publicize Bethesda studios, franchises, and titles.
- Write and edit press releases, interviews, fact sheets, and other PR materials.
- Work across Bethesda and Xbox stakeholders to drive strong collaboration across teams through effective project management programs.
- Coordinate global communications efforts with international teams.
- Collaborate with PR managers and Content Creator Managers to support strong media and influencer outreach for game launches and continued engagement.
- Help plan and participate in trade shows, sales & marketing presentations, and press tours.
- Work with internal community, content, and brand teams to develop successful and integrated player-facing communication.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years' experience working in public relations and/or marketing for a video game developer or publisher.
- Very strong writing skills and the ability to articulate and effectively communicate concepts, messages, and strategies to executives, team members, and developers.
- Collaborative mindset - a strong team player, able to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and work together to find and implement effective strategies.
- Effective organization and planning skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Effective analytical, troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be proactive and highly motivated.
- Passion for gaming and Bethesda's products a plus.
The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $50,000 - $110,250 per year. ZeniMax has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets.
At ZeniMax, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, such as merit increases and discretionary bonuses. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.
