Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a bank teller is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Identifying, developing, and managing consumer and business account relationships, focusing on meeting customer needs for financial products.
Recognizing customers with additional profit potential and formulating action plans to enhance these relationships. Referring business to all partners.
Addressing customer inquiries and concerns; directing them to appropriate internal resources for resolution.

Actively engaging in ongoing training.
Cross-training to perform essential duties to assist customers in the absence of management.
Supporting daily branch operations, including reporting, audits, ATMs, coin machines, and main cash vault management. Preparing cash for shipments and ordering cash/coin for the branch as required.
Assisting in monthly branch audits, including teller cash audits, vault cash audits, ATM audits, and Teller Recycling Machines audits.
Overseeing daily operations of the teller area/Pods.
Developing a comprehensive working knowledge of all bank systems necessary for performing teller transactions and platform duties, including the use of a PC and calculator as needed to efficiently execute the job.
Processing a variety of routine and complex transactions, including but not limited to account openings and closings, processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
This position requires flexibility and a willingness to travel to other locations/branches within your region and adapt to schedule changes during the workday, including evenings and weekends.
Demonstrating knowledge of policies and procedures and the ability to apply this knowledge in real situations.Maintaining awareness of current fraud alerts; identifying fraudulent activities to prevent potential losses.
Keeping current with new products and services.
Participating in weekly branch meetings.
Completing daily ATM proof and end-of-day closing procedures.
Participating in weekly Operations calls.
Coordinating specific work tasks with other personnel within the branch office and with other Bank departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
Adhering to current laws and organizational policies and procedures. Promoting a workplace environment free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior.Cooperating with, participating in, and supporting adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices.
