CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or GED; 4 years of experience in culinary arts, food service, or a related field.

OR

A 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline; 2 years of experience in the culinary sector.

Ensuring Culinary Standards and Responsibilities are Met

Contributing to the development of innovative ideas and food presentations.

Overseeing kitchen operations to guarantee adherence to standards and protocols.

Upholding food handling and sanitation regulations.

Assessing production requirements and conveying them to the kitchen staff.

Assisting the Executive Chef in the management of kitchen operations.

Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling practices.

Supporting Management of Kitchen Operations

Utilizing effective communication skills to motivate and inspire team members.

Fostering trust and collaboration among kitchen staff.

Establishing transparent relationships with team members while adhering to property policies.

Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service

Delivering outstanding service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Engaging with guests to elevate service quality.

Maintaining Culinary Goals

Meeting performance and budgetary objectives.

Training team members in safety protocols.

Additional Responsibilities
