Wealth Management Associate

Judson Group is seeking a highly skilled Associate Wealth Manager to join their team. This individual will play a key role in helping the firm grow and expand its client base.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex client transactions, implementing investment and financial planning recommendations, and supporting client meetings. They will also be responsible for participating in business development and cultivating deep relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for the wealth manager's client base, anticipating client needs and resolving inquiries.
  • Assist wealth managers with investment analysis, retirement/cash flow projections, research, tax planning, and implementation of recommendations.
  • Create client presentations and assist with client meetings.
  • Handle client-related requests and account service inquiries.
  • Organize and analyze financial data received from new and existing clients.
  • Monitor client portfolios and communicate updates and recommendations.
  • Execute and reconcile trades as directed by senior wealth managers.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of client-facing experience with an RIA or similar firm.
  • CFP or CFP track highly preferred.
  • Financial planning experience a plus.
  • Experience with CRM, financial planning software, and portfolio accounting software.
  • Organized and detail-oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
