Wealthspire Advisors is a leading independent registered investment advisory firm seeking a highly skilled Wealth Advisor to join our team. As a Wealth Advisor, you will play a critical role in collaborating with our team to provide exceptional wealth management and financial planning services to our high net-worth clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support other advisors in managing client engagements, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Determine client allocations through thorough analysis of investment objectives, risk tolerance, net worth, income, and investment experience.
- Execute investment and planning activities, including portfolio rebalancing, money movements, and tax planning.
- Actively service client accounts by performing administrative tasks, such as tracking account transfers, preparing performance reports, and processing transactions.
- Initiate and field client calls on various topics, including account-specific questions, investment market discussions, and planning items.
- Assist in developing client financial plans using financial planning software and present results to clients.
- Monitor client investments, review performance, and suggest changes to client portfolios as needed.
- Prepare for and attend client meetings, managing follow-up activities and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Create proposals for prospective clients, highlighting our firm's value proposition.
- Coordinate with clients' attorneys, accountants, and other professionals as required.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of various financial planning concepts, including gift, estate, and income tax planning.
- Minimum 5 years of wealth management experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage task lists, with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to clients.
- Flexible team player with a strong commitment to collaboration, adaptability, and open communication.
- Ability to think creatively, with a solutions-focused approach to complex financial challenges.
- Reliable, with a strong sense of personal integrity and professional initiative.
- Previous supervisory experience managing teams is a plus, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong problem-solving and influence/consensus-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM, portfolio management, and financial planning software a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, or law.

The base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $151,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
