Job Summary

The Reserves Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to our President. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing high-level communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Manage and maintain the President's calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication Support: Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents, as well as handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the President.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical, to ensure efficient access to critical information.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and prepare agendas, materials, and logistics for meetings, including Board meetings and executive team meetings.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange and manage detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for the President.
  • Expense Reporting: Prepare expense reports and handle reimbursement processes.
  • Special Projects: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination across different teams and departments.
  • Office Operations: Oversee office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting high-level executives.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience in the agriculture or food production industry is a plus.
