About the Role

Houston Community College (HCC) is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Campus Manager. As a key member of the HCC team, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and safe learning environment for administrators, faculty, staff, students, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and supervise campus activities, including maintenance and security.
  2. Establish and maintain a positive learning environment.
  3. Serve as safety officer and coordinate training with the Director of Safety.
  4. Coordinate security issues with on-site security personnel.
  5. Maximize classroom utilization and assist with student services activities.
  6. Supervise and evaluate staff, according to established college policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and one year of work experience. You should have the ability to organize, plan, and develop appropriate campus activities, work with people, and have a service-oriented philosophy.
