We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Command Center and Major Incident Management processes, providing 24/7 operations support leveraging vendor-managed services and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the ownership and management of the relationship with operations managed service providers, including performance management, issue resolution, and monthly operational reporting processes.
  • Leverage data and analytics to highlight value to the organization, drive decisions, and provide insights to gain consensus and support from technology partners.
  • Lead incident triaging calls with technology teams and vendors while keeping impacted senior business leaders informed of status updates.
  • Leverage and continue to grow extensive monitoring capabilities to prevent, quickly detect, and remediate incidents to limit impacts to our customers.
  • Lead disaster recovery plans and event execution.
  • Advance and mature operational processes to provide structured, repeatable responses that continue to focus on improved time to detect and resolve.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of providing thought leadership in the technology area and applying technology to solve business problems.
  • Ability to work with all levels of an organization across technology and business, with expertise in translating detailed technical problems/solutions into easily understood business terms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and effectively diagnose the root cause of technical issues.
  • Experience with leading banking vendors and solutions, including supporting core banking technology.
  • Demonstrated financial discipline and thoughtful business case creation.
  • Experience with AWS tools, microservices, production support, service management, and ITIL experience.
  • Experience working with and leading onshore and offshore teams, with the ability to develop talent and deepen bench strength.
  • Demonstrated effective and professional communication skills, with a collaborative and team-focused approach.
