- Travel up to 25% to support business needs and initiatives
- Business Partnerships and Collaboration

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
- Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a focus on talent development and employee experience
- Understanding of OSHA, Worker's Compensation, and Federal Wage & Hour regulations
