Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a focus on talent development and employee experience
  • Understanding of OSHA, Worker's Compensation, and Federal Wage & Hour regulations
