Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

Opus Inspection is a leading provider of vehicle emissions testing equipment, committed to cleaner air, environmental preservation, and human life protection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact via phone or email.
  • Gather information through client conversations, diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and document resolutions.
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
  • Escalate issues outside the scope of their capability to a FSR for further assistance.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in computer science or a related field with 2 years of help desk experience preferred.
  • Industry-recognized certifications or equivalent experience considered.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective listening, empathy, and the ability to interact well with employees and customers.
  • Intermediate Excel skills required, including formulas, PivotTable, VLOOKUP, etc.
  • Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office products, and accounting software.
  • SQL and Oracle experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
  • NetSuite knowledge a plus (will train).
  • In-depth knowledge of computer systems strongly preferred.
