Administrative Assistant - Private Wealth Management

Advantage xPO is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy Private Wealth Management office. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of administrative experience in a corporate environment and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage travel and expenses, including making travel arrangements and processing expenses for team members
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including checks and stock certificates, tax forms, and scanning
  • Provide general administrative services to teams, such as maintaining calendars and schedules, and answering phones
  • Coordinate and schedule office events, including recruiting, internal events, and external client events as needed
  • Assist the Private Wealth Management Team in servicing clients, with a focus on operational excellence and customer service

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred but not required
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a professional corporate environment
  • New graduates who have a desire to be in the financial services industry are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
