As a Senior Account Executive at Lockton, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to execute proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients to identify new business opportunities and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and government regulations to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of client services experience, with a strong track record of business growth and revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
