Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Connectivity Programs Manager to join our team at FirstService Residential. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and services that add value to our clients, while working within established policies and guidelines.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and properties to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Implement systems, tools, and technology to support program development and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct meetings and follow up on program implementation to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and conduct training on program implementation and client support.
  • Conduct property audits and recommend appropriate connectivity programs.
  • Research and maintain relationships with partner cable companies to ensure optimal program performance.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing with partner cable companies.
  • Track program performance using national team tools.
  • Work with the Dania Connectivity Program Team to develop and implement processes and tools.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with various teams to achieve program goals.
  • Assist upper management with personnel actions and manage the Performance Evaluation process.
  • Conduct business with high standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
  • Perform or assist with operations to maintain workflow and meet schedules.
  • Participate in meetings and work groups to integrate activities and resolve problems.
  • Follow safety precautions and all policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
  • Ability to prepare cost savings analysis.
  • Excellent organization, planning, motivation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking, complex problem solving, judgment, and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements.
Travel:

Frequent travel and/or driving to properties and/or client sites, both via car and/or air.
