Position Summary
Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Lead Case Manager to oversee a team of case management professionals. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) standards and providing exceptional support to youth in care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of three case managers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Ensure adherence to ORR policies and procedures, providing guidance on youth assessment practices.
- Conduct training sessions for case managers on updates to program, agency, state, and federal policies.
- Assist in sponsor assessments and facilitate planning activities for youth, ensuring access to vital resources.
- Maintain open communication with program personnel, including unit supervisors and clinical staff, to ensure cohesive operations.
- Oversee the timely completion of all required documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a monthly on-call rotation.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $58,580 - $72,046, with variations based on skills, experience, and education.
