Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to the electrical engineering team
- Support NPI/IB/ATD programs/projects with the appropriate resources and skill sets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal product performance and seamless integration
- Develop and implement best practices and processes to enhance team productivity and efficiency
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the electrical engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Support technical reviews, design evaluations, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in the development of product roadmaps, identifying opportunities for innovation and driving the adoption of emerging technologies
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field)
- Minimum of 5 years of RF experience
- Minimum of 5 years of medical device product development experience
- Minimum of 3 years of project leadership experience
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., IEC, FDA, ISO)
- Proven leadership experience in leading and mentoring technical teams
- Demonstrated people management skills
- PhD in Electrical Engineering
- 7 years relevant RF experience
- Design experience in Phased arrays, Tx/Rc coils for MRI
- Extensive knowledge of electrical engineering
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Demonstrated supplier and manufacturing interface skills
- Proven mentoring and coaching abilities; demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication, influencing skills, and ability to gain buy-in
- Proven LEAN skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results while supporting multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing, and quality of outcomes
