Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and support to families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and make informed decisions regarding patient treatment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 1 year of experience working in the NICU department
- National Certification Corporation (NCC) certification
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
