Clinical Safety Specialist

Hobson Associates seeks an experienced Clinical Safety Specialist to lead their infection prevention efforts in a Long-Term Care Facility. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing infection control programs in line with regulations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Infection Control Program Management
- Infection Tracking and Monitoring
- Outbreak Identification and Management
- Staff Training and Education
- Vaccination Programs
- Collaboration with Other Departments
The ideal candidate will have an Active RN License and Infection Control Certification (CIC preferred). They should also have a strong understanding of infection control practices and regulations.
This is a highly competitive opportunity with a salary range of $**85,000 - $110,000** per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a 401(k) plan with match, health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as generous PTO and holidays.
