About the Enterprise Technology Administrator Role

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Technology Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our software, hardware, and networks.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance and Administration:">
    • ">
    • Test, maintain, and configure operating systems, application software, and system management tools.">
    • Ensure high availability of systems and infrastructure.">
    • Verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.">
    ">
  • Network Management:">
    • ">
    • Manage and configure network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.">
    • Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.">
    • Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords. Resolve end-user problems.">
    ">
  • Security:">
    • ">
    • Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.">
    • Scale out identity and access management controls through automation.">
    • Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.">
    • Configure anti-virus software and malware protection.">
    ">
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting:">
    • ">
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.">
    • Maintain documentation and technical specifications for new IT infrastructure implementations.">
    • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.">

Your Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.">
  • 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.">
  • Experience in MDM solutions for Windows and macOS environments.">
  • Proficiency in IAM tools like Okta.">
  • Automating complex tasks using infrastructure as code and Okta Workflows.">
  • Managing and optimizing Google Workspace environments.">
  • Network management and troubleshooting expertise.">
  • Problem-solving and communication skills.">
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills.">
  • Independent working and time management skills.">
  • Interpersonal and teamwork skills.">
  • Continuous learning mindset.">

Compensation Range: $128,000 - $138,000
