Enrollment Requirements
  • Fall/Spring Semesters: All student employees must maintain at least half-time enrollment to qualify for any student position. For fall/spring, half-time is defined as 5 credit hours for graduate students and 6 credit hours for undergraduates. International students are required to be enrolled full-time.
  • Summer Semester: Students in regular positions must be enrolled in a minimum of 3 credit hours to be eligible for summer work. Those not enrolled in summer classes must be registered for fall classes to work during the summer, with applicable FICA taxes.
  • FWSP Requirements: To be eligible for the FWSP, students must have been awarded work study through the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships and must accept their FWSP award in the designated system.
