Job Summary

Plymouth Tube is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including process control plans, inspection procedures, and calibration records.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on quality-related procedures and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
  • 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
