  • Oversee website and ecommerce performance, conversions, and user experience, working closely with the IT team to ensure technical best practices.
  • Lead web UX and collaborate cross-functionally to build a manageable website that addresses customer needs.
  • Manage paid media agency to drive sales, community sign up, and awareness, evaluating search marketing and setting standards for SEO improvement through content.
  • Continually assess the effectiveness of email campaigns/sends and work with the creative team to optimize email content for deliverability and open rates.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketing automation and email marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, including Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
