Position: Human Resources Manager

Overview:
  • Oversee the HR department to align initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Administer a wide array of HR functions, including performance evaluation, remuneration, training, compliance, and talent acquisition.
  • Report directly to the President while collaborating with the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive HR support throughout the employment lifecycle, including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, training, and benefits management.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.
  • Coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
  • Address employee relations issues and conduct workplace investigations.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.

  • Propose and organize training initiatives.
  • Identify and implement HR process enhancements.
  • Advise on company policies and procedures.
  • Manage collective bargaining agreements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in Human Resources Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR.
  • Experience in the service or construction sectors is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and events.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
  • HR certification is a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The role may require occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds and specific vision capabilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position is situated in a standard office setting with a moderate noise level.
