Job Title: HR/Business Administrator

525 Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR/Business Administrator to support the company's human resources functions and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Administration:
    • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, handle benefits administration, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
    • Support employee relations, assist with performance management, and coordinate training and development programs.
    • Oversee timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Business Administration:
    • Assist in office management, including procurement, communication, and meeting coordination.
    • Support sales process by creating, processing, and following up on invoices.
    • Maintain accurate records for key business documents and manage expense reports.
    • Provide general administrative support to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or business administration roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
